<br />2. That Nellie F.Meisne.r is the widow, of rTeorge Meisner, deceased, and that Dora Hill,
<br />Nora Cruml ey, Cora Kimbrough and Lulu White are his daughters by a former marriage and all of
<br />said daughters are of age and the said widow and daughters constitute the sole and only heirs of

<br />the said George Meisner, deceased, and as st,ch, after the payment of the debts and taxes against
<br />said estate, together -cith the costs and expenses of the adr inistration thereof, inherit, and j
<br />are entitled to his entire estate, both real and personal, as follo,^s, to -wit:-
<br />Nellie F. ?Weisner, to one fourth (1/4) thereof.
<br />Dora hill, Nora Crumley, Cora Kimbrough and Lulu ''bite each to three
<br />sixteenths ( 3/16 ) thereof.
<br />3. That all debts ,taxes, claims, inheritance taxes, costs and exrenses against said e1-

<br />4. That the adminiotrators are hereby authorized and empo,rerec_i to make, execute, acknow-
<br />ledge and 'eliver and assignment of the J.H. Sober mortgage to themselves in their individual
