<br />4. That all debts, claims, demands, inheritance taxes and other taxes have been fully

<br />5. That Nellie F.Meisner is the widow of George Meisner, deceased, and Dora Hill,

<br />and are each and all of age; and that the said Nellie F.Meisner, Dora Hill, Nora Crumley ,
<br />Cora Kimbro.-,,ch and Lulu Thite are the sole and only heirs of the said George. Meisner, deceased,
<br />and that after all debts, taxes and expenses and costs of administration against said estate
<br />have been fully paid and { ischarged, the said Nellie F.Meisner is entitled to one fourth (4)
<br />thereof, and Dora Hill, Nora Cruml.ey, Cora Kimbrough and Lulu Mite "are each entitled to three
<br />sixteenths ( 3/16 )hereof.
<br />6. That as to the final report on file of sail administrators there are no objections on
<br />File thereto, and that the same should be approved and allowed {_ -s filed.
<br />7. That according to the report of the said administrators there is a cash balance on hand
<br />in the sum of y 40546.87, and a certain promissory note in -- iriting of one J.H. Sober for i.10,200
<br />not yet due,and there is due and o;ing to said administrators from the said heirs for goods and
