<br />In the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate of)
<br />John Wallichs Jr, deceased ) Final Decree.
<br />Now on this 9th day of February ,1910, this cause came on for hearing upon
<br />the final report of Emma Wallichs, Administratnix of the estate of John Wallichs Jr, deceased
<br />and it appearing to the satisfaction o -,nthe Court that all persons interested in the estate cf
<br />said deceased have beep duly notified of the filing of said report and of the time and place
<br />fixed for the hearing thereon, by publication and no one appearing to object, and it further
<br />appearing to the Court that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and
<br />allowed, it is, therefore,
<br />Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the report of Emma Wallichs, administratrix be and
<br />the same is hereby aproved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged of
<br />her trust and her bond released.
<br />The Court finds that creditors of the said John Wallichs Jr. were allowed six months
<br />from the 17th day of May,1909, in which to present their claims with the proof thereof in the
<br />I
<br />office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, or be forever barred; that the time then
<br />allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that notice was gi?Ten all persons by publication
<br />and by posting of the time allowed and place appointed for riling claims, that all claims fildd
<br />against said estate and allowed by -.he Court, have been fully paid and satisfied, and that all
<br />claims and demands not presented, if any there be, are therefore, forever barrel and excluded. I.h
<br />It is therefore Considered and adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever barred l

<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of John Wallichs, Jr., and j
<br />i
<br />said estate is fully settled and closed. j
<br />The Court further finds that the said John Wallichs Jr., left surviving him as his heirs
<br />at law and his only heirs at law, the follwing persons:
<br />EMMA WALLICHS, his -widow, and WILLIAM WALLICHS, his son.
<br />The Court finds that the said John Wallichs Jr., was at the time of his death the owner of the j

<br />Following described real estate, situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: i
<br />The Easterly 18 feet of Lot 7 all of Lot 8 and the Westerly 18 feet of Lot 9, all in Block 23
<br />in Wasmer's Addition to Grand Island, and that under the law of deseeht of the State of Nebraska
<br />all of said real estate did pass and Ae-scend at his death, intestate, to the said EMMA WALLICHS
<br />and :'PILLIAM "WALLICHS in equal shares to have and to hold to them and to their heirs and assigns
<br />forever, subject to the homestead rights of the said Emma Wallichs in and to said real estate.
