<br />And Lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint my dear friends Ira T. Paine, Eli A. Barnes
<br />and Bayard H. Paine ( the survivor or survivors to act) executors of this my last Will and
<br />Testament, and I desire that my executors hereinbefore named shall be required to give
<br />bond for X5000. each for the nerfo-rmnace of the duties of that office.
<br />Further, it is mt gill and desire that the foregoing devisees of this will shall operate
<br />upon and pass all real estate hereafter acquired and owned by me at the time of my death,

<br />and shall take effect as if made on the last day of my life; hereby revoking and annull-
<br />ing all former wills by we heretofore made, ratifying and confirming this and none other
<br />to be my last will and testament.
