<br />er of real estate situate in Wilson County, Texas and described as follows:
<br />All that certain tract or parcel of land lying situated and being in Wilson County, Texas,
<br />being lot number 24 as what is knoti;n of the Seguin League a part of an Eight League Grant
<br />made to S. &. J. dracha, said lot 24 contains 100 acres of land. and is bounded on the north
<br />by lot number 25, on the east by lot f#f number 29, on the west by lot number 23, and on
<br />the south by land formerly belonging to 11. de la Zerda, as appears by a malt & plot of said
<br />Seguin League recorded in Wilson County, Texas, in Deed Book D, on page 70, and that said
<br />will operates on said real estate and passes title to same to the said Hannah Elvene Feni-
<br />more, Minerva Virginia Hemninghouse and Alma Josephine Clark, and that all of said real es-
<br />tate did pass and descend at the death of the said Samuel Huston, under the provisions of
<br />his will to the above named legatees.

<br />County, Nebraska, I hereby desire to state that by the purc4ase of a Custer County farm by
<br />me and by allowing her to live on the same rent free for about fifteen years, and by her
<br />retaining; about two thousand dollars out of the proceeds of the sate of said farm I hereby
<br />declare said rent and cash proceeds to be an advancement of two thousand dollars made her dur-
<br />ing my life time and which amount I have hereby intended to and do equalize by bequests of
<br />$2000. each to rely other daughters in the second and third paragraphs above given. In case
<br />at my death I still own my house and one acre in West Lawn, Grand Island, ilTebr, and should
<br />my daughter Aliiia Josephine Desire to buy the samie, I do hereby declare that I give devise
<br />and bequeath all of the value of said property above the sum of Mine Hundred Dollars to my
<br />daughter Alma Josephine Clark, thue raking the place hers upon the payment of f600.
