J. dracha, said lot 24 contains 100 acres of land. and is bounded on the north <br />by lot number 25, on the east by lot f#f number 29, on the west by lot number 23, and on <br />the south by land formerly belonging to 11. de la Zerda, as appears by a malt & plot of said <br />Seguin League recorded in Wilson County, Texas, in Deed Book D, on page 70, and that said <br />will operates on said real estate and passes title to same to the said Hannah Elvene Feni- <br />more, Minerva Virginia Hemninghouse and Alma Josephine Clark, and that all of said real es- <br />tate did pass and descend at the death of the said Samuel Huston, under the provisions of <br />his will to the above named legatees. <br />J.
