<br />It is therefore, by the Court, adjudged, decreed and considered, that the f ina�l report

<br />tition for ou,, final settler:ent of said estate granted; that all unfiled claims against said
<br />estate are forever barred; that the distribution and payments made by said Administratrix of
<br />the property coming irto he2hands, as shown by hereport, is allowed and approved, and that
<br />said move descr .E.led real estate of °,hich said Deceased died siezed, passed and descended in
<br />absolute foe simple, in equal shares to said Florence A. Watts, widow of said Deceased, and
<br />to Dorothy Dale Watts and Fred L. Watts, Jr., children of said Deceased, and same is hereby
<br />assigned to them as by the Statutes of lebraska in such cases made and provided. Said Ad-
