<br />I. Ellen Brown of the City of Schuyler, County of Colfax, and State of Nebraska, being
<br />of sound and disposing mind but not unmindful of the possibilities of death do make, declare
<br />and publish this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all other and former wills
<br />by me made.
<br />FIRST :_ I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses -shall first be paid out of my
<br />estate.
<br />SECOND :_ I give and devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate both real and

<br />rersonal of whatsoever nature and wherever situate unto my beloved daughter, Jennie Odum, to her
<br />and to her heirs and assigns Forever.
<br />THIRD :_ I designate and request the appointment of my beloved daughter, Jennie Odum a4 eYecut_
<br />rix of this my last Will and Testament with out bond.
<br />In witness xhereof I have executed this my last Will and Testament at Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, and caused same to be duly witnessed this 23rd day of April,1910.

<br />We, the undersigned hereby certify that we were requested by Ellen Brown to witness her
<br />execution of the foregoing Will and Testament on this 23rd day of'Ap ri1,1910 at Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, We further certify that she signed same in our presence and declared same in our
<br />presence at time of signing same to be her last Will and Testament, and we signed same as wit-
<br />nesses thereto in her presence and in the presence of each other. We further certify that she
<br />fully understood and explained the provisions of said Will and executed same without influence
<br />or suggestion by any other person.
