<br />said County, do hereby certify that on the 21 day of June A.D.1910, the instrument purporting
<br />to be the last will and testar;ent of Jesse Murphy, deceased, was filed for probate in this
<br />Court. That on the 16 day of July A.D.1910, said instrument to which this is attached was du-
<br />ly proved , -rp oved, probated, and allowed as the last will and testament of the said Jesse
<br />Murphy deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the court afore-

<br />Jesse Murphy, deceased. ) Order Admitting Foreign Will To Probate.
<br />Now on this 16 day of July,1910, this cause carte on to be heard upon the petition of Henry
<br />H. Iigurphy, heretofore filed, for the probate of an instrument in writing purporting to be the
<br />Foreign Will of Jesse Murphy, late of Me Donough County, State of Illinois, and it satisfac
<br />torily appearing to me from the proof notr., on file, that all persons interested in the estate
<br />of said deceased have beenffifff duly notified by publication, as required by law and the }
<br />order -of court dated June 21,1910, and no one appearing to object, .Thereupon a duly certi-
<br />fied c6py of said will and the probate thereof in the County Court of McDonough Count y, Ill-
<br />inois, was produced in evidence.
<br />On consideration whereof the Court finds that said dill was duly proved, we :and ad-
<br />mitted to probate and established as the Last Will and Testament of Jesse Murphy, deceased,
<br />in the County Court of McDonough County, Illinois, on the 22nd day of 14ay,1909, and
<br />entered of record in said Court; that the said Jesse I,iurphy was, at the time of his death,
<br />the owner of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of
<br />Nebraska, upon vrhich said will operates, to -Grit: -
<br />The North East Quarter of Section 27, in To,rnship 9, North, in Range 9, }Rest, and that
<br />said last will and testament should, therefore be admitted to probate in this court.
