<br />Jesse 4:urphy, Deceased. Now on this day conies H. H. kurphy and presents to the
<br />Court his bond as Executor in the sum'of Twenty -eight Thousand Dollars with James Hudson
<br />as surety, and the sa: me is approved by the Court.
<br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that Letters Testamentary is-
<br />cue under the seal of this Court to H.H.11urphy as Executor of the Estate of Jesse Murphy
<br />deceased.
