H. 1; ±urphy and presents to the Court his petition filed <br />herein and prays the Court that a certain instrument, filed herein purporting to be the last <br />Will and Testament of Jesse I.urphy, deceased may be admitted to probate and of record. <br />He also presents to the Court a Certifizate, made by the Clerk of this Court, of notice <br />to al. the heirs as per pertition filed herein T'oj: comes G. A. Cadwalader and D. Chamb- <br />ers witnes:esto said Will and in Cpen Court make oath as required by law, to the proof oct said <br />Will and the Court hears evidence and is fully advised that said 'Will is At true lash Will <br />and Testament of said Jesse ;Murphy, decd., that it is properly executed and fully proven <br />whereupon it is o-1-der-ed., adjudged and decreed by the Court that said instrument be admitted <br />to probate and of record, and be recorded upon the records of this Court as the bast Will <br />and Testament of Jesse Murphy, deceased. <br />It appearing to the Court ghat H. H. Murphy was appointed Executor in and by said Will the <br />same is confirmed by the Court upon the said H. H. 1,1urp'hy entering into bond in the sum of <br />Tti.rehty- eight thousand Dollars to be approved by the Court and upon his taking the oath as <br />required by law as such Executor. <br />Now comes H.H.1durphy and in open.
