<br />BE IT KNOWN, That I, Jesse Murphy, of the City of Bushnell, in the County of McDon-
<br />ough, and State of Illinois, being of sound and memory, in view of the uncertainty of
<br />life and the certainty of death, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will j

<br />FIRST. I will and direct that all my just debts be fully paid, including the physi-

<br />SECOND. The rents and profits arising frorl the South -east Quarter of Section Twenty
<br />Seven ( 27), in Township Tone (9) T'orth, in Range nine (9) 'Nest in the County of Mall, in
<br />the State of ITebraska, I grill, devise and begs .,each to my beloved wife, wary A.Hurphy, for
<br />and during her natural lifetime, and at her death, I will and direct my executor herein -

<br />after named, sell the said described land to the highest and best bidder, and that my

<br />said executor divide the proceeds from such sale to be equally divided between my five
<br />grand children and my T -.-o great grand - children, share and share al -ke, to-wit: To William
<br />A. Bradbury, Laura A. Simonson, Stella 211. Pittemger, Jesse D. Trturphy, Grand children, and
<br />Jennie A. Douglas and Glen B. Douglas, my great grand- children.
