<br />Maggie Wartman and of the probate thereof in the District Court of Cerro Gordo County,Iowa,
<br />was produced in evidence.
<br />On consideration whereof I find that said last will and t es trlment was duly proved and ad-
<br />witted to probate in the District Col:xt of Cerro Gordo County, Iowa, on the 17th day of Nov -
<br />ember,'908; that the said Maggie Wartman, the i testatrix4 was at the time of her death the
<br />owner of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Neb-
<br />raska, to -wit; the East half of the South East Quarter (E.J of S.E.J ) of Section 12, Town-
<br />ship 11, Range 11, upon which real estate said will operates, and that said last will and
<br />testament should therefore be admitted to probate in this court.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Maggie Wartman departed this life on the 26th day of
<br />September, 1908, at Clear Lake, Cerro Gordo County, Iowa.
<br />It is t%terefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said last Will and Testament of Mag-
<br />gie Wartman is genuine and valid andme duly executed, and that the same be admitted to prob-
<br />ate and recorded herein as a Foreign will of real and personal estate.

<br />a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that, said Court has no Clerk
<br />authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said
<br />Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the goregoing attestation is in due form of
<br />law.

<br />Last Will and Testament of Maggie Wartman.
<br />I. Maggie Wartman, now a resident of the City of Algona, County of Kossuth and State of
<br />Iowa, recognizing the uncertainty of life and being of sound ,:and disposing mind and mem-
<br />ory, do make, execute and declare this my last will and testament.
<br />Paragraph 1. That upon my decease, and as soon thereafter as practicable, I desire the
<br />executor of my estate to pay all of my just debts, if any thereto, including those of my
<br />last illness and buriel.
<br />Paragraph 2. The net balance of my estate, after paying the debts named in Paragraph 1
<br />hereof, shall be distributed as follows: b# my estate more oT less than the sum of nine
<br />thousand dollars ($000.00); said sum of nine thousand dollars ($9000.00) is made the
<br />standard of division, and of the proportionate share of the same it is my will, and I do do
