<br />That said last will and testament was duly proved and admitted to probate in the Dist-
<br />rict Court of Des Moines County, Iowa, on the 22nd day of April, 1907;
<br />That the said Marcus Griffin was at the time of his death the owner of real estate sit-
<br />uate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: the South Rest Quarter (S.W.k)
<br />of Section 19, in Township ll, in Range 11, on which real estate said will operates, and
<br />that said last will and testament should therefore, be admitted to probate in this court
