Brown, de- <br />ceased has been delivered to said Mary J. Brown Harry H. Brown and Nettie Brown, the heirs <br />at law of said deceased an! thee,.- receipts for the same have been filed in this office. <br />It is therefore, Ordered Adjudged and Decreed by me, that the account of said Smith T. <br />Caldwell and Ezra E. Howard the administrators of the estate of said James H. Brown, decea- <br />sed, be and the same is hereby allowed as their final account, that the estate is fully <br />settled and that said administrators be and they are hereby discharged from said trust. <br />It is further ordered and decreed that the above described real estate shall descend in <br />fee simple to Harry H. Brown and Nettie Brown, the children and only heirs of said James 11, <br />Brown, deceased, subject however to the unassigned homestead and dower rights of the said <br />Mary J.
