<br />south half of the north -west quarter and the west half of the south west quarter of section
<br />twenty- -two all in town three, north of range five west, and the south- westquarter of sec-
<br />tion two and the south east quarter of section ten, in town four north of range six west in
<br />Nucko is County, Nebraska, and lots one and two, in block twenty -four and lots six and sev -
<br />en -in block twenty -nine in Packerts and Barr s addition to Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />I further find that all the residue of the personal estate of said James H. Brown, de-
<br />ceased has been delivered to said Mary J. Brown Harry H. Brown and Nettie Brown, the heirs
<br />at law of said deceased an! thee,.- receipts for the same have been filed in this office.
<br />It is therefore, Ordered Adjudged and Decreed by me, that the account of said Smith T.
<br />Caldwell and Ezra E. Howard the administrators of the estate of said James H. Brown, decea-
<br />sed, be and the same is hereby allowed as their final account, that the estate is fully
<br />settled and that said administrators be and they are hereby discharged from said trust.
<br />It is further ordered and decreed that the above described real estate shall descend in
<br />fee simple to Harry H. Brown and Nettie Brown, the children and only heirs of said James 11,
<br />Brown, deceased, subject however to the unassigned homestead and dower rights of the said
<br />Mary J. Brown, the widow od[ said James H. Brown, deceased.

<br />Now on this 6th day of June, 1910.. this cause came on for hearing upon the petition
<br />of Thomas Michael Green for the probate of an instrument purporting to be the foreign will
<br />of Marcus Griffin, late of Burlington, Iona, deceased, and it satisfactorily appearing to
<br />the Court, from the proof now on file, that all persons interested in the estate of said
<br />deceased have been duly notified by publication as required by the order of Court dated
<br />May 5th,1910, and no one appearing to object or protest against the allowance of said will
<br />whereupon a duly authenticated copy of the Last Will and Testament of Marcus Griffin and
<br />of the probate thereof in the District Court of Des Moines County, Iowa, was produced in
<br />evidence.
<br />On consideration whereof the Court finds:
