<br />State of Nebraska, ) ( In the matter of the estate of
<br />In County Court
<br />Clay County. ) ( James. Brown, Deceased.
<br />Now on this 2nd day of March, 1899, being the day set and duly advertised for
<br />hearing on the petition of Smith T. Caldwell and Ezra E. Howard, administrators of the es-
<br />tate of James H. Brown, deceased, for final settlement of their account as such adminis-
<br />trators, by agreement of the parties interested, the cause was continued to the 21st day o f
<br />March., 1899 .
<br />March 21st, 1899, by agreement of all parties interested, the cause is continued to the
<br />28th day of March, 1899, at ten o'clock A.M.
<br />March 28th,1899, Ezra E. Howard, one of the administrators of the estate of James H.Brown
<br />deceased, appeared in Court, and it appearing from the proofs before me that all persons
<br />interested in said estate have had due and legal notice of this proceeding and have enter-
<br />ed their voluntary appearance herein in writing, and the matter coming on to be heard up-
<br />on the petition of said administrators and their report heretofore filed in this Court;
<br />I find that the account of said Smith. T. Caldwell and Ezra E. Noward, the administra-
<br />tors of said estate is correct and should be allowed as their final aocount.
<br />I further find that due and legal notice to creditors to file their claims against the
<br />estate of said James H. Brown, deceased has been given and the time limited for filing
<br />said claims has long since expired and that all claims so filed have been paid in full,
<br />and that the funeral expenses, the expenses of the last illness and the expenses of ad-
<br />ministering the estate of said deceased and all just debts of said deceased have been fully
<br />paid. I also find that said James H. Brown died intestate in the County of Clay and
<br />State of Nebraska, leaving surviving him a widow, named nary J. Browns a sonrHarry H. Brown
<br />and a daughter named Nettie Brown, who are the only heirs -at -law and only persons entitl-
<br />ed to share in the estate of said James H. Brown, deceased.
<br />I further find that said James H. Brown died seized in fee simple of the following des -
<br />real estate to-wit:- Lot twelve in block twelve, lot seven and eight in block fourteen
<br />in the city of Edger. Nebraska, lot ten in block five in R.R. addition to Edgar, Nebraska,
<br />the south half of the north one third of block "A+' south addition to Edgar, Nebraska, lot
