<br />In the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />In the ?utter of the Estate of
<br />Caroline Tiedeman, deceased. i FINAL DECREE
<br />Now on this 3rd day 6f February, 1910, this cause came on for hearing upon the
<br />final report of Charles A. Tiedeman, Administrator of the estate of Caroline Tiedeman,deceas-
<br />ed, and it satisfactorily appearing to the Court, from the proof now on file, that all per-
<br />sons interested in said estate have been duly notified of the filing of said report and have
<br />waived time and further notice of the hearing thereon, and it further appearing to the Court
<br />after a full examination of said report, that the same is correct in all respects and ought t o
<br />be approved and allowed as and for the final account of said Administrator, it is, therefore,
<br />Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that that the report of Charles _Tiedeman, Administrator of
<br />the estate of Caroline Tiedeman., deceased, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as
<br />and for his final account and he is discharged of his trust and his bond released.
<br />The bourt finds that the time allowed creditors of the said Caroline Tiedeman for filing
<br />claims against her estate has fully expired; that due and legal notice was given all persons
<br />Of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate, that no claims
<br />of any nature were filed, and that all claims outstanding against said estate, if any there
<br />be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore Ordered and Adjudged that all persons are forever barred from filing or
<br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Caroline Tiedeman, deceased, and that
<br />said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Administrator has full accounted for all of said estate which
<br />came into his hands and there is no personal property for distribution.
<br />The Court finds that the said Caroline Tiedeman left surviving her as her heirs at law, and
<br />her only heirs at law, the following named persons, to -wit : - Charles A. Tiedman, her husband
<br />and May Fleischer, her daughter. The Court finds that the said Caroline Tiedeman was at the
<br />time of her death the owner of the following described real estate, situate in the County of
<br />Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit : - Lots, numbered 13, 140 16 & 17 in Block 8, in the Village
<br />of CaiT *j; and that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, all of said real estate
<br />did pass and descend at her death to the said Charles A.Tiedeman and May Fleischer, as ten-
<br />ants in common, and in equal shares, to have and, to hold to them and their heirs and assigns
<br />forever, subjectAto the homestead right of the said Charles A. Tiedeman in and to said real
<br />estate.
<br />It is therefore ADJUDGED AND CONSIDERED by the Court that Lots 13,14,16 & 17 in Block 8,
<br />in the Village of Cairo, Hall County, State of Nebraska, did pass and descend at -the death of
<br />Caroline Tiedeman, to Charles A.Tiedeman and May Fleischer in equal shares and absolute title,
<br />subject to the homestead right of the daid Charles A. Tiedeman in and to said real estate.

<br />of Nebraska, do hereby certify that I am the sole presiding Judge of the County Court of said
<br />County, and exofficio Clerk of said Court, having by law the custody of the files records and
<br />seal thereof, and I further certify that the annexed is a true and correct copy of the Final
<br />Decree of said Court in the matter of the Estate of Caroline Tiedeman, deceased, as same is
<br />filed and recorded in my office. In Testnon�� �Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name
