State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make, ordain and <br />publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills and testaments at <br />any time by'me heretcf ore made. <br />First: It is my Will that all of the expenses incurred in my last sickness as well as all debts <br />oaring by me at the time of my death shall be paid before the bequests hereinafter made shall <br />become operative, <br />Second: To my sons, Albert T. Searson, Charles D. Searson, James W. Searson and Edwin A.
