<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Edwin Searson of the City of Grand Island, County of
<br />Hall and. State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make, ordain and
<br />publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills and testaments at
<br />any time by'me heretcf ore made.
<br />First: It is my Will that all of the expenses incurred in my last sickness as well as all debts
<br />oaring by me at the time of my death shall be paid before the bequests hereinafter made shall
<br />become operative,
<br />Second: To my sons, Albert T. Searson, Charles D. Searson, James W. Searson and Edwin A. Searson,
<br />I give and bequeath the sum of Ten Dollars, each to be paid by my executrix out of my personal
<br />property after my death.
<br />Third: I hereby constitute and appoint my rife, Jennie Searson to be my sole executrix without
<br />bond of this my last will and testament.
<br />Fourth: I give and bequeath unto my wife, Jennie Searson all right, title and interest in or to
<br />the residue of all personal property of whatsoever kind or nature, which I now own or which I may
<br />hereafter

<br />subscribed his name to this instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of us, and
<br />declared at the same tiz�te in our presence and hearing that this instrument was his last Will and

<br />On this 7th day of February, 1310, the within last will and testament
<br />of Edwin Searson was duly proved before me, J. H. Mullin , County Judge of Hall County, according
<br />to law, as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said deceased, and the
<br />same was admitted to probate and duly recorded in this office.
<br />In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my nave and attached my official seal this
