IN THE COUNTY COURT OF ,HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
i
In the Matter of the Estate of
Final Decree. j
Adolph Baasch, Deceased. I
Now on this 26th day of March, 1910, this cause came on for j
hearing, upon the report of Sophia Baasch, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Adolph
Baasch deceased, and- it satisfactorily appearing to the Court that all persons interested in the
estate of said deceased have entered their voluntary appearance herein and waived notice of final!
?settlement, and have asked the court to allow said report, and it further appearing that said re -i
Port is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed, it is therefore, ordered, adjudged and
i
decreed that the report of Sophia Baasch, executrix, be and the same is hereby approved and al-
owed as and for her final account and she is discharged of her trust. The Court finds that no-
tice was given all persons in the.manner provided by law of the time allowed and place appointed j
for filing claims against the estate of Adolph Baasch, deceased; that the time so allowed for
filing claims expired onthe 21st day of April , 1900; that no claims of any nature were filed
against said estate; that all claims outstanding against said estate, if any there be, are thwe-
fore forever barred and excluded. It is therefore ordered and considered by the Court that all
.'persons are forever barred from filing any claims or demands against the estate of Adolph Baasch,
:deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed. The Court finds that the said
Adolph Baasch left surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law, the following
; named persons: Sophia Baasch, his widow, Amanda Lohden, Adelia Baasch, and Dora Baasch, his
daughters, and Ernst Baasch, Herman Baasch and Edward Baasch, his sons. The Court finds that the
said Adolph Baasch was at the time of his death the owner of the following described real estat6
situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: The East J of the NWT of se.etion
24, Township 11, Range 9; the south J of the SEA and the SW1: of the NEB of Section 13, Township
11, Range 9. The Court finds that the said Adolph Baasch _departed this life onthe 10th day of
October, 1899, and that he left a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate in
...this court on the 17th day of October, 1899, and which was in words and figures as follows:
".I Adolph Baasch of Hall County, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory declare this
i
to be my last will and testament. First: I direct that my funeral expense and all my just debts
bepaid out of my personal property. Second: I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Sophia
Baasch all my real and personal property to have and enjoy the same for the term of her natural
