<br />Now on this 2nd day of April, 1910, this cause came on for
<br />.hearing upon the report of Emily Harris, Administratrix of the estate of Thomas W. Harris, deceaseld
<br />and it appearing to the court from the proof on file that all persons interested in the estate of
<br />said deceased have been duly notified of the filing of said report and of the time and place fixed
<br />I
<br />for the hearing thereon, as provided by order of court dated March 24, 1910, and no one appearing;
<br />i
<br />to object thereto, and it further appearing to the court, after a full examination thereof, that
<br />said report is correct and ought to be approved and allowed, it is, therefore,
<br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Emily Harris, Administratrix of the estate,
<br />i
<br />of Thomas W. Harris, deceased, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final
<br />i
<br />report and she is discharged of her trust. The Court finds that said Administratrix has fully
<br />,accounted for all of said estate which came into her hands and that there remains no money or
<br />!
<br />other personal property in her possession for distribution. The Court finds that due and legal j
<br />notice was given to all creditors of the said Thomas W. Harris, of the time allowed and place
<br />i
<br />i
<br />fixed for filing claims against his estate; that the time then allowed for presenting claims has
<br />i
<br />I, J. H. Mullin, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereb y certify, that I
<br />have compared the foregoing, copy of the Final Decree in the matter of the Estate of Thomas W.
<br />(Harris, deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is
<br />a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record;

<br />that said Court is a
<br />long since expired; that all claims filed and allowed by the Court have been fully paid and
<br />satisfied; that all claims outstanding against said estate and not filed, if any there be, are
<br />i
<br />thetefore forever barred and precluded.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever barred and
<br />estopped from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Thomas W. Harris,
<br />i
<br />deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed. The Court finds that the said Thomad
<br />'Wr. Harris, left surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law, the following named
<br />i
<br />'persons: Prudence P. Richmond, Thomas W. Harris, Amy Harris, Mary E. Harris, John William Harris,!
<br />i
<br />Charles Alvin Harris, Neioma May Harris, Vina Blanche Harris, his children, and Emily Harris, hiss
<br />I
<br />widow. The Court finds that the said Thomas W. Harris was at the time of his death the owner of
<br />the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: 1

<br />The North -east quarter, (11E-�) of Section 10, Township 9, R;.nge 9, and that said real estate did i
<br />pass and descend at the death of the said Thomas W. Harris, intestate, under the law of descent
<br />of the State of Nebraska, to the said Prudence P. Richrond, Thomas W. Harris, Amy Harris, Mary E.
<br />Harris, John William Harris, Charles Alvin Harris, Neioma May Harris, and Vina Blanche Harris, hi�
<br />children, to have and to hold to them and their heirs and assigns forever, subject only to the ti
<br />homestead and dower rights of the said Emily Harris in and to said real estate.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the t that the 11E4 of Section 10, in Township
<br />9, in Range 9, West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death
<br />!
<br />of Thomas W. Harris, under the laws of the State of Nebraska, to Prudence P. Richmond, Thomas W.
<br />Harris, Amy Harris, Mary E. Harris, John William Harris, Charles Alvin Harris, Neioma May Harris �
<br />sand Vina Blanche Harris, in absolute title, subject to the Homestead and Mower rights of Emily
<br />i
<br />Harris, therein.
