IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COMATY, NEBRASKA.
In the Natter of the Estate of)
DECREE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT.
Katharine Miller, deceased.
Now on this 19th day of 11arch, 1910, this cause came on for
hearing upon the report of `Fred J. miller, Administrator of the estate of Katharine Miller, de-
ceased, and it satisfactorily appearing to the Court from the proof now on file that all persons
interested in the estate of said deceased have been duly notified by publication, as required by
the order of court dated March 8, 1910, of the filing of said report and of the time and place
fixed for the final settlement of said estate, and there being no objection or protest on file,
the Court proceeded to examine said report. After a full examination the Court finds that said
report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved. It is therefore Ordered, Adjudged
and Decreed that the report of Fred J. Miller, Administrator of the estate of Katharine Miller,
deceased, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account. The
Court finds that the said Administrator has received from all sources the sum of $732 60 and has
paid out the sum of $263 08, for monument, taxes and the expenses of administration and has paid
out and distributed among the heirs of the said Katharine Miller the sum of $469 52, as shown by
receipts on file, and that there remains nothing in his hands.
The Court finds that notice was given all persons in the manner provided by law, of the time
allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate, that the time allowed for
filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been
fully paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding against said estate and not filed, if any
there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
It is therefore Considered and Adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever barred from
filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Katharine Biller, deceased, and
said estate is fully closed and settled. The Court finds that the said Katharine Miller was
at ,the time of her death the oirner of the following described real estate situate in the County
of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: The west half of the south -east quarter of section 16, in
township 11, in range 12; and that under the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska., the above
described real estate did pass and descend at her death, intestate, to Sophia Shultz, Carl P.
Miller, Augusta Horth, Fred J. Miller, August Miller, Amelia Parks, who are found by the Court to
be the children and sole heirs at law of the deceased. It is therefore considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Z' of the,SE, of Section 16, Township 11, Range 12, in Hall County, Nebraska
did pass and descend at the death of Katharine Miller, to Sophia Shultz, Carl P. Miller, Augusta
Horth, Fred J. Miller, August Miller, and Amelia Parks, as tenants in common, to have and to hold
to them and their heirs and assigns forever.
