IN COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
In the Matter of the Estate of
FINAL DECREE and Order of Distribution.
Alice J. Rundlett, deceased.
Now on this 7th day of 'May, 1904., this cause came on for hear-
ing upon the account of Bernice Hendricks,, Administratrix of the Estate of Alice J. Rundlett,
deceased, and it satisfactorily appearing that due and legal notice was given all persons inter-
ested in said estate of the time and place fixed for examining said account and making final
settlement of said estate., and there being no protest., and after a full examination of said
account the Court finds that the same is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and al-
lowed. The Court further finds that notice was given all persons, in the manner provided by law,
of the time allowed and place appointed for presenting claims against said estate; that all claimE
filed and allowed together with the expenses of administration have been fully paid; that the ad-
iministratrix has accounted for all of the said estate that came into her hands and that there re-
mains in her possession for distribution the sum of $316 79. The Court finds that the said
Alice J. Rundlett left her surviving as her heirs at law, and her only heirs at law, the follow-
ing named persons; E. E. Rundlett, her husband, and Nellie Rundlett, Saclie Rundlett., and Everett
Rundlett,, her children. That the said E. E. Rundlett is now deceased; that Nellie Rundlett,
married one W. S. Blair and after giving birth to a child named Everett Blair, she departed this
life, intestate leaving said child as her heif- at law; that after her decease said Everett Blair
departed this life leaving his father W. S. Blair; his only heir; that Said Rundlett, is now
married to one Chapman. The Court therefore finds that all of the real and personal estate of
the said Alice J. Rundlett descends by operation of law to Sadie Chapman, W. S. Blair and Everett
Rundlett, in equal shares. It is therefore ordered that the said Administratrix distribute the
balance in her hands as follows: To W. S. Blair, $105 59; To Sadie Chapman, $105 59 and to
-Everett Rundlett, $105 59; The court further finds that the said Alice J. Rundlett was at the
time of her death the owner oijthe following described real estate, situate in the Counttr of Hall,
and State of Nebraska, to-wit: The West half of the soutt-east quarter Of Section 24, in townsh
