PROBATE COURT. <br />BE IT REMEMBERED, that at a term of the Probate Court for said Hennepin <br />County, held at the City of Minneapolis, in said County, on Monday the 29th day of May, 1899, and <br />pursuant to notice duly given, as required by law, the instrument hereto annexed, purporting to <br />b0he last will and testament of Charles H. Woods, late of the County of Hennepin and State of <br />Minnesota, deceased, was duly proven to be the last will and testament of said deceased, duly <br />executed as required by law, and valid as a will of real and personal property in this State by <br />the testimony of John E. Bell, one of the subscribing witnesses to said will. No one appearing <br />to contest the probate thereof. <br />The said instrument is therefore adjudged to be in all parts duly executed as the last will <br />and testament of said deceased, and is as such last will and testament admitted to probate and to' <br />record by this court. In Witness Whereof, I F. C. Harvey, have hereto subscribed my name as <br />Judge of Probate, and affixed the seal of said Court, at Minneapolis, in said County, this 29th <br />day of May, 1899. F.
