<br />WILL AND DECREE.
<br />IN COUNTY COURT 4T�IALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate of )
<br />Decree Allowing Foreign Mill.
<br />Charles H. Woods, deceased. )
<br />Now on this 22 day of December, 1909, this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the petition of Joseph R. Kingman, executor for the probate of an instrument pur-
<br />porting to be the last will and testament of Charles H. Woods, late of Hennepin County, State of
<br />xinnesota, deceased, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the proof now on file
<br />that all persons interested in the estate of Charles H. Moods, have been duly notified by publi-
<br />cation of the filing of said petition and will, and of the time and place fixed for the hearing
<br />thereon, as required by the order of court dated November 27, 1909, and there being no objection
<br />or protest on file. Whereupon a duly authenticated copy of the last will and testament of
<br />Charles H. moods, and the probate thereof in the Probate Court of the County of Hennepin, State
<br />of Minnesota, was produced in evidence and R. R. Horth was sworn and examined.
<br />On consideration whereof the Court finds that said Charles H. Woods, departed this life on
<br />the -7 -day of I:Iay, 1899, leaving a Last Will and Testament which was duly admitted to probate in
<br />the Probate Court cf Hennepin County, Minnesota, on the 29th day of May, 1899, and that said
<br />Charles A. Woods was at the time of his death the owner of the following described real estate
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, upon which said will operates, to -wit: Lots 1, 2, 4, and 5 in Block
<br />14, in Charles Wasrnerts Addition to the City of Grand Island, and that said will should there-
<br />fore be allowed and admitted to probate in this court. It is therefore by the Court, Ordered,
<br />Adjudged and Decreed that said will was duly executed by the said Charles H. Woods, according
<br />to law, that the same is genuile and valid, that it operates on real estate in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and that said last will and testament be admitted to probate and established as the
<br />last will and testament of Charles H. Woods and that same be recorded in this office as a foreign
<br />wil *. It is further ordered that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Joseph R. Dingman, the
<br />executor named in said will, upon his filing in this court his bond in the sum of One Hundred
<br />Dollars, with surety to be approved by me.

<br />I, Charles H. 'foods, of Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minn. do hereby make, publish
<br />and declare this my last will and testament as follows, to- wit: After payment of all my just
<br />debts and liabilities,funeral expenses and expenses of administration, I give, bequeath and
<br />devise all the residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal belonging to me at the time
<br />of my decease to my beloved wife, Carrie C. Woods, and to her heirs and assigns forever.
