<br />13. That the legatees and devisees of the said Henry E Hart are as follows:- Nella C.
<br />Hart, widow, Doyle Ivan Hart, a son, aged two years on March 6th, 1909.
<br />14. That by the terms of the said Last Will and Testament, Doyle Ivan Mart, son of said
<br />Henry E. Hart, deceased, is entitled to the above described real estate, and Nella C. Hart,
<br />widow of said Henry E. Hart, deceased, is entitled to a life estate in said real estate, and to
<br />the sum of 33 43 balance remaining in her hands as Executrix.
<br />lb. And the said Nella C., Hart, Executrix, submitting her report so as aforesaid filed,
<br />and no one objecting thereto or contesting the same, the Court finds that said report is in all
<br />respects, just and true; that it contains a full and true account of all receipts and disburse-
<br />ments of the said Executrix on account of said estate, and the same should be approved, allowed,
<br />confirmed and ordered recorded as her final account.
<br />16. That the said Nella C. Hart has faithfully and impartially administered said estate and
<br />performed all acts required of her by law or the orders of the Court, and that she should be
<br />discharged and acquitted from any and all liability on account of said trust.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND ORDERED, by the Court that the account of the
<br />said Nella C. Hart, Executrix, as aforesaid, be,and the same is hereby approved, confirmed, allowed,
<br />and ordered recorded as her final account; that all money remaining in her hands be, and it is
<br />hereby assigned to her, the said Nella C. Hart, in accordance with the terms of said last will
<br />and testament.
<br />It is further considered, adjudged and ordered by the Court that the said Nella C. Hart, be,
<br />and she is hereby discharged, absolved and wholly acquitted from any and all liability on
<br />account of said trust; that her Letters Testamentary be, and they are hereby cancelled and
<br />annulled and her bond released.
<br />It is further considered, adjudged and ordered by the Court,that the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit: The East half (E J) of the Northwest quarter (N.W.) and the North -west
<br />quarter (2+T.W.) of the Northeast quarter (N.E.k) of Section twenty seven, township eight (8);
<br />range nine (9), ?Pest of the 6th P. M. Adams County, Nebraska, also an undivided one - fourth
<br />(k) interest, subject to the life estate by curtsey of David Hart, in the Northeast quarter
<br />(N.E.�) of section thirty -six (36), Township Nine (9), Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M.
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; be and the same is hereby assigned in fee simple title to Doyle Ivan
<br />Hart, and to him and his grantees forever, subject to the life estate of Nella C. Hart, widow,
<br />in said real estate, all of which is in accordance with the provisions of the last will and tes-
<br />tament of Henry E. Hart, deceased.
<br />In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court, at
<br />Hastings, this 24th day of August, 1909,
