<br />Now, on this 24th day of August, 1909, this cause came on to be heard before the Court
<br />upon the petition of Nella C ,Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Henry E. Hart, deceasedy
<br />praying for an examination and allowance of her account and vouchers, filed on the 4th day of
<br />August, 1909, and for her discharge from the trust as such Executrix, and the same is submitted
<br />to the Court, upon consideration whereof, the Court finds from the records, the proofs on file
<br />and the evidence:-
<br />1. That on the 4th day of August, 1909, the Court made an order fixing the 24th day of August,
<br />1909. at 10 o'clock A.M., at the County Court Room, in Hastings, Nebraska, as the time and place
<br />for the hearing on said petition and the examination of said account and directing that notice be
<br />given by the publication of a copy of said order in the Hastings Tribune, a newspaper printed,
<br />published and of general circulation in said County, for three weeks prior to said day of hearing.
