Hollister for the admission to probate of an instrument <br />in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of George J. Magee, late of Schuyler <br />County, State of New York, and it satisfactorily appearing to the Court, from the proof now on <br />file, that all persons interested in the estate of said deceased have been notified by publica- <br />State of Nebraska ) <br />)Ss <br />Hall County ) IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />I, <br />tion as required by the order of court dated January 12, 1910, of the filing of said petition <br />and will and of the time and place appointed for the hearing thereon, and no one appearing to <br />object and there being no objection or protest on file, whereupon a duly authenticated copy of <br />r <br />said Will and of the probate thereof in the Surrogate's Court of Schuyler County, New York, was <br />produced in evidence. <br />On consideration whereof the Court finds that the said George J. Magee departed this life j <br />at Reading in Schuyler County, 'evr York, on or about the first day of April, 1897, leaving a <br />Last Will and Testament which was duly admitted to probate in the Surrogate's Court of said <br />Schuyler County, New York, on the 28th day of April, 1897, and that said will has been duly <br />i <br />Droven and is genuine and valid, and the Court further finds that said GEORGE J. MAGEE was at <br />i <br />the time of his death the owner of the following described real estate situate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, upon which said Will operates, to -wit:- <br />Lots Thirteen and Fourteen, in Block Twenty -two, in the Original Town or Village of Wood <br />River, and that said Will should therefore be alloyed and admitted to probate in this Court, as � <br />f <br />the Last Will and Testament of George J. Magee, <br />I <br />It is therefore, Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that said Last dill and Testament be and the i <br />I <br />same is hereby allowed and admitted to probate herein and established as the Foreign Will of <br />said George J. 34agee, deceased, and the same is ordered recorded in this office. T<iullin, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certi- <br />fy that I have compared the foregoing copy of the Last Will and Testament, the Certificate of <br />the Clerk of the Surrogate's Court of Schuyler County, New York, to the probate thereof, the <br />Order of the Surrogate admitting said Will to probate, the Certificates of attestation, the <br />Order of the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, admitting said Will to probate, and the <br />Certificate of Probate in said Court, all in the matter of the estate of <br />George J. ,Magee, Deceased, with the original record thereof, <br />now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof; that said Court is a <br />Court of record having a seal, and that I am the legal custodian of said seal and of the records <br />of said Court. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the <br />County Court, at Grand Island, this 19th day of February, 1910. <br />J.
