<br />I. Elias H. Bissell, Clerk of the Surrogate's Court of the County
<br />of Schuyler, in the State of New York, do hereby certify that the Last Will and Testament of
<br />George J. Magee, late of the To=rn of Reading in said County of "Schuyler, deceased, was on the
<br />26th day of April in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and ninety seven, pursuant
<br />to a decree of the Surrogate's Court of the said County Schuyler, admitted to probate in and by
<br />said Court, as a Will relating to Real and Personal Property, and was recorded, with proofs taken
<br />thereupon, iii the office of the Surrogate of said County of Schuyler, in Volume 14' of Records of
<br />Mills, at page 61 and that said probate has not been revoked. And I further certify that the
<br />foregoing is a copy of said Last Will and Testament of said George J. :Magee, deceased and a
<br />copy of Letters Testamentary issued thereon and of the aforesaid proofs and decree of probate,
<br />and of the certificate of record of said Last Will and Testarent, and that I have compared the
<br />said copies with the originals thereof remaining on file and of record in said Court, in the office
<br />of said Surrogate, and the same are correct transcripts therefrom and of the whole of said
<br />original records,
<br />In Testimony #hereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the Seal of the
<br />Surrogate's Court of said County of Schuyler.

<br />Schuyler, which is a Court of Record, by virtue of the latirs of the State of New York, do hereby
<br />certify that Elias H. Bissell who attested the foregoing and anne_:ed copies of records of the
<br />said Surrogate's Court and keeper of the records and books thereof, and that the signature
<br />subscribed to the foregoing certificate of attestation of said records is the genuine signature
<br />of the Clerk aforesaid, and the seal ir.npressed thereon is the seal of the said Surrogate's Court
<br />and that said attestation is in due form and by the proper officer.
