DEPENDENCY EXEMPTION: The husband shall be awarded the dependency exemption for state and federal income tax purposes for the three (3) minor children of the parties, Chelsea Marie Ellinghausen, Aaron Adolph Ellinghausen and Brandon James Ellinghausen. The wife shall be awarded the dependency exemption for state and federal income tax purposes for the one (1) minor child of the parties, Courtney Ann Ellinghausen. . 14. MARITAL DEBTS: The wife will pay and hold the husband free and harmless from any and all liability for the following debts incurred by the parties during the course of the marriage, to-wit: Debt owed to Dr. Settje in the amount of$200.00. The husband will pay and will hold the wife free and harmless from any and all liability for the following debts incun•ed by the parties during the course of the marriage, to-wit: St. Francis Memorial Hospital of Grand Island in the amount of$4,600.00 and Dr. McKnight, M.D. in the amount of $530.00. The husband agrees that he will not hereafter make any purchases or contracts or incur any expenses, debts, charges or liabilides in the name of or upon the credit of the wife or any liability whatsoever for which the wife, her legal representatives, her propeity or her estate will or may become liable and he shall pay and shall hold the wife free and harmless from any and all liability for any debts incurred after the lst day of June, 1995, which is the date of the separation of the parties. The wife agrees that she will not hereafter make any purchases or contracts or incur any expenses, debts, charges or liabilities in the name of or upon the credit of the husband or any liability whatsoever for which the husband, his legal representatives, his property or his estate will or may become liable and she shall pay and shall hold the husband free and harmless from any and all liability for any debts incurred after the lst day of June, 1995, which is the date of the separation of the parties. 15. ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COURT COSTS: Husband will pay all attorney's fees and costs. 16. OTHER PROPERTY: The husband and wife agree that except as specifically provided in this Agreement, all property of any kind hereafter acquired by the husband or by the wife and all income and earnings of either of them shall constitute and be the sole and separate property of the person by whom the said property is acquired or earned. All property of any kind heretofore acquired and owned by the husband or wife shall remain the property of such person except as specifically provided in this Agreement. . 5
