<br />estate and that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid,including
<br />the costs of administration. The Court finds that due notice having.been given to creditors to
<br />file said claims against said estate,it is ordered that all creditors or others having claims
<br />against said estate are forever barred from making any claim thereon against said estate or the
<br />heirs of said deceased. The Court further finds that there remained in the hands of the said
<br />Administratrix for distrib-ition the sum of Four hundred and fifty nine dollars and ninety cents,
<br />459.90 ) ,which has been legally distributed among the heirs of said estate as follows: -
<br />To Sophia Seier,widow,John C. Seier.son,Louise Hann,daughter,Charles Seier.son,August Seier,son,
<br />Henry Seier.son,Emelle, Peters, daughter,Herman Seier,Son,Anne St olley, daughter, Adolph Seier,son,
<br />Lena Lassen,daug0 hter,and Friede Schleichardt,daughter, one-twelfth to each,making $ 38.32,for
<br />,rhich she has duly filed receipts with this Court.
<br />The Court further finds that the said deceased was the oivnerat the time of his deathof the
<br />following real estate in Hall Co,-;nty,Nebraska,to-wit:- The South one-half of the Southwest
<br />quarter of Section Fiveand the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Secticn Eight,
<br />both in Township Ten,Pange Nine Iffest,and the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast quarter of
<br />Section Twelve
<br />jownship Ten,Range Ten,71est,and that the same was at the date of his death the
<br />homestead of the said deceased and his said widow,Sophia Seier,and that she has a home stead
<br />and dower interest therein as provided by the laws of the State of Nebraska,and that Upon the
<br />death of the said John Seier,deceased,the above described premises passed in equal shares to the
<br />above named children of said deceased,subject to the homestead and dower interest of the said
<br />Sophia Seier,widow,therein. It is therefore by the Court adjudged decreed and considered that
<br />the sa`d final account of the said Administratrix is hereby allowed and approved and said estate
<br />is closed,the said real estate assigned to said heirs,said administratrix discharged and her
<br />bond,released;that the said above described real estate did,at the time of the death of the said
<br />John Seier,pass and descend,as by law provided,in equal shares to the following named children
<br />and heirs at law of the said John Seier,to-wit:* John C. Sejer,sonj-ouise liann,daughter.Charles
<br />Seier,son, August Seier.son,Henry Seier,son, Emelie Peters,daughterHerman SeiersonAnneStolley,
<br />daughter,Adolph Seier,son,Lena Lassen daughterand Friede Schleichardtdai-tghter,-subject to the
<br />homestead and dower rights of the said Sophia Seier,widow,
