<br />The Court further finds the said executors have distributed all the remainder of the personal
<br />propertyin their hands,to the parties entitled thereto under the provisions of said will as
<br />shown by their report and receipts on,file in this court.
<br />The court further finds that the said Otto Hein,SR.died seized of the North One-half (1/2) of

<br />the South-west quarter (1/4),and the West one-half (1/2) of the North-east quarter (1/4) of
<br />Section twenty-seven (27),Township twelve (12),Range ten (10) West.and that.under the provisions
<br />of his said will.said premises passed to Predrica 9.1-lein,his wi'Le,diiring her natural life time,
<br />provided she did not remarry,and in case she did remarry,that her interest therein.sho-,)Ild be her,
<br />homestead and dower rights only,as provided by the laws of the state of Nebraska,and that after
<br />her death or renarriage and the expiration of her said interest therein,the said premises does
<br />pass and descend,in equal shares,to children of said deceased as follows: Otto Hein,Jr.Charles
<br />Hein,Sarrah Reed and Elizabeth Neff. It is,therefore,by the court,adjudged,ordered and decreed
<br />that the said final accou+.,t be and is hereby allowed and approved as the final account and re-
<br />port of said executors,and that by virtue of the provisions of the said will and testement of
<br />the said Otto Hein,SR.,deceased,the said above described real estate did,upon his d-eath.pass
<br />and descend,as provided by his last will,to the said Predrica S.Hein,for and during her naturali,

<br />lifetimqsubect to the conditions and provis-ions of said will,and that the remainder over of said
<br />real estate passed and descended in equal shares to the said above named children of Otto Hein,1

<br />Now on this 3 day of July,1908 this cause came on for hearing upon the final renort of Sophia
<br />Seier,Administratrix of the estate of "ohn Pjeier,,and upon her petition that said estate be clos-
<br />ed and she 4jdischarged as such Administratrix,and it appears from the proof on file that due and 1
<br />legal not4ce,as by law and the orders of this Court required,has been given to all persons in-
<br />terested in said estate of such final report and settlement and there being no objections there
<br />toand upon examination of said account and report the Coiirt finds that the same is in all res-
<br />pects correct and should be allowed and the prayer of the petitioner granted.
<br />It further appears from the proof on file that due and legal notice.as required by law and by
