Eastman her husband..do hereby sell assign,transfer.release.relinquish and quit claim unto the said Minnie E. Drake,'the undivided I five twenty-sevenths of all the foregoing described real and personal property mentioned,describ- ed and included in the above sale and conveyance to the said Frank A. Wartman. And in consideration of this agreement.the said Frank A. Vartman and Blanche Wartrnz-vihis wife,, Minnie E. Drake and S.D. Drake her husband,Luella Eastman and J.H.Eastman her husband,do hereby sell ,assign,,transfer,release,relinquish and quit claim unto the said Susie E. V: This agreement and conveyance is made for the purpose and with the intention of carijing out the I terms hereof,and of placing the title to all the real and personal property of said Schuyler S. Wartman and Maggie Wartman,wheresoever the same inay'be situated.and whether the same be descr- ibed herein or not,in the heirs at law and devisees of the said Schuyler S.
