Wartman,deceased,has since diod.leaving a last will and testament,which has been duly admitted to probate and record in the District Court of Iowa in and for Cerro Gordo County,thereby devising and bequeathing her entire estate among said Minnie E. Drake.Susie E. Ryan.Luella Eastman and Frank A.Wartman,.as provided by the terms of said will,to-wit: by which the said Minnie E. Drake is entitled to five-twenty sevenths of said estate.said Susie E.Ryan five-twenty sevenths of her estate-.. Luella. Eastman five twenty- sevenths of said estate,,and said Frank A.Wartnian twelve twenty-sevenths of said estate.
