<br />Be it remembered, that on the thirtieth day of July A.D. 1907, the
<br />same being one of the days of the July Term, 1907, of the Probate Court of Cook County, present

<br />The following among other proceedings, were by and before said Court had,

<br />This day carne Charles M. Porter of the County of Cook who on
<br />the 14th day of June, A.D. 1907, filed herein his petition, duly verified, praying that the Last
<br />Will and Testament of Irving A. Porter, deceased, may be admitted to Probate in this Court and
<br />I
<br />that Letters Testamentary thereon may be issued herein to him and presented sai_le to the court.
<br />And it appearing to the court that the last will and testament of said decedent was duly proved
<br />and admitted to probate on the 23rd day of July, A.P. 1907, and that said testator in his said
<br />will nominated the said Charles M. Porter, executor thereof, it is ordered the the said Charles j
<br />11. Porter be appointed executor of said will upon his presenting to this court his individual
<br />bond as such executor in the penal sum of X70 000 00 conditioned as the law directs. And
<br />thereupon the said Charles M. Porter presented to the Court and filed his said individual bond
<br />duly executed without sureties, surety having been waived in said will and took and subscribed
<br />the oath of office herein as such executor. And the court having examined and approved said
<br />bond it is ordered that letters testamentary be issued herein to said Charles 11. Porter accord -
<br />ingly and that the said bond and said letters be recorded. And it is further ordered that Lewis;
<br />B. Ia9ayo, A. Wenter and David 14ahaffer be appointed to appraise the personal estate of said
<br />decedent, subject to appraisement and that a warrant be issued therefor,
