<br />they were present at the execution of said Will, and saw the said Irving A. Porter sign said
<br />Will in their presence, and heard him declare the same to be his Last Will�and Testament; that

<br />they subscribed their names thereto as witnesses, in the presence of, and at the request of said
<br />testator and in the presence of each other, and that they believed the said testator was of
<br />sound mind and memory, and of lawful age at the time of signing said Will; which testimony was
<br />Caok, in the State of Illinai, and prodtced in court an instrument in writing, purr,orting to
<br />be the Last Will and Testament of Irving A. Porter, deceased, which instrument and his petition,
<br />duly verified, praying that said will might be admitted to probate, and that Letters Testamentary
<br />thereon might be issued to him the Executor named therein were heretofore filed in this court,
<br />the hearing upon which was continued to this day, and it appears that notice of such hearing was
<br />given 4s by Statute required; And it appearing to the Court from said petition that Irving A.
<br />Porter of river Forest in said County, departed this life on the 4th day of June, 1907, leaving
<br />said writing asand for his Last Will and Testament; and thereupon Cora Td. Davis and Rurleigh A.
<br />Dunlap the subscribing; witnesses to said Will appeared, and in open Court, on oath, testified that
<br />they were present at the execution of said Will, and saw the said Irving A. Porter sign said
<br />Will in their presence, and heard him declare the same to be his Last Will�and Testament; that
<br />they subscribed their names thereto as witnesses, in the presence of, and at the request of said
<br />testator and in the presence of each other, and that they believed the said testator was of
<br />sound mind and memory, and of lawful age at the time of signing said Will; which testimony was
<br />reduced to writing by a shorthand reporter, and a transcript thereof filed with said instrument,
<br />the signatures of the said witnesses \thereto being waived by the Court.
<br />And it appearing to the Court from said testimony that said Will.wa.s duly executed and attested
<br />according to law, and that the said Testator was of sound mind and memory, and otherwise com-
<br />petent to make his Will at the time of signing the same; it is ordered that said Will be received
<br />and recorded as the Last Will and Testament of the said Irving A. Porter, deceased.
