Porter, deceased. <br />C.� Now on this 8th day of January, 1910, this cause came on for <br />hearing upon the petition of Charles H. Porter for the probate of an instrument purporting to be <br />the Foreign Will of Irving A. ':Porter, deceased, late of Cook County, Illinois, and it appearing <br />to the satisfaction of the Court, from the proof now on file, that all persons interested in <br />the estate of said Irvina A. Porter have been duly notified by publication of the filing of <br />said petition and of the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon, and no one appearing to <br />object, whereupon a duly authenticated copy of the last Will and Testament of said Irving A. Por <br />ter, deceased, with the probate thereof in the Probate Court of Cook County, Illinois, was <br />produced in evidence. <br />On Consideration whereof the Court finds that the said Irving A. Porter departed this life <br />on the 4th day of June, 1907, at his residence in Cook County, Illinois, leaving a last will and <br />testament Which was duly admitted to probate in the Probate Court of Cook County, Illinois, on <br />the 23rd day of July, 1907, and the Court further finds that the said deceased was at the time <br />of his death the owner of real estate in Hall County, Nebrasll:a, to-writ: The W. i of the NE� and <br />the.E1 of the 1TW­,L, of Sec. 8, Tovmshi�i 9 in Range No. 12, West, upon which said last Will and <br />2 <br />Testament operates, and that said will should therefore be admitted to probate in this court, <br />that said will is genuine and valid, has been duly proved,, and ought to be allowed as the last <br />Will of Irving A. Porter. It is therefore, Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that said Last Will <br />and Testament be and the same is hereby allowed and admitted to probate and established as the <br />Foreign Will of Irving A. Porter, deceased, and the same is ordered recorded in this office. <br />(D <br />J. H. Mullin, <br />Judge of the County Court. <br />W I L L <br />I, Irving A. Porter of the County of Cook in the State of Illinois, and being of sound <br />and dis-posing mind and meTnory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and <br />testament, thereby revoking all wills and codicils at any time heretofore by me made. <br />I direct that my funeral expenses and just debts be paid. I give, devise and bequeath unto <br />my beloved wife, Jennie It. Porter the full amount of Pay estate to which she would be entitled at <br />ipy decease, in case I made no will; and also and in addition thereto I give to my said wife the <br />following described real estate., to-wit: Lot Ten (10), in Block One (1), in Steel's Addition <br />to River Forest, in Section 11, Township 59, North, Range 12, East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, <br />situated in the Village of River Forest, County of Cook and State of Illinois, to hold manage and <br />receive the rents and income thereof, for her own use, during her natural life, and the remainder <br />I give and devise to my heirs forever. (I. A. P. ) <br />I give, devise and bequeath to my children William E. Porter, Milo I. Porter, George H. <br />Porter, Charles M. Porter, Sarah M. Curtis, Clara J. Atkins, Eleanor B. Crook, and to the <br />children of my deceased son, As,chbel J. Porter, all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate <br />of every kind, character and description, to be divided equally between them, excepting that the <br />children of my said son Ashbel J. Porter, now deceased, shall receive such share of my estate <br />as would under this will be coming to my said deceased son, if he were living at the time of my <br />decease. (I. A.
