<br />Your Petitioner respectfully represents that Irving A. Porter
<br />late of Cook county., Illinois, departed this life at his residence in said county on the 4th day
<br />of June, 1907, leaving a last will and testament, in which Charles IA. Porter, your petitioner is
<br />named executor, which will he nov; offers for probate. Your petitioner further represents that
<br />said Irving A. Porter, at the time of his death was a resident of said county, and State of Ill-
<br />inois, that said last will and testament of the said Irving A. Porter, deceased, was on the 23rd 1

<br />day of July, 1907, duly proved and allowed by the Probate Court of Cook County, in the State of
<br />Illinois, that a copy of said will and the probate thereof, duly authenticated is hereto attachedl,
<br />marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. Your petitioner further states that at the time of
<br />the death of the said Irving A. Porter, said Irving A. Porter was seized as the ormer in fee of
<br />the following described real estate, situated in Hall County, Nebraska, tO-,V,,,it: The West Half of�
<br />the North-east Quarter and the East half of the North-west quarter of Section No. 8, in Township'!
<br />No. 9, north of Range No. 12, West. Your petitioner therefore prays that the court will appoint
<br />a time and place for proving said will and that notice in due form may be issued and given to all
<br />persons interested in said estate, requiring them to appear and attend the probate of said will;
<br />and such other proceedings as may be necessary and proper in the premises.
