Porter <br />late of Cook county., Illinois, departed this life at his residence in said county on the 4th day <br />of June, 1907, leaving a last will and testament, in which Charles IA. Porter, your petitioner is <br />named executor, which will he nov; offers for probate. Your petitioner further represents that <br />said Irving A. Porter, at the time of his death was a resident of said county, and State of Ill- <br />inois, that said last will and testament of the said Irving A. Porter, deceased, was on the 23rd 1 <br />i <br />day of July, 1907, duly proved and allowed by the Probate Court of Cook County, in the State of <br />Illinois, that a copy of said will and the probate thereof, duly authenticated is hereto attachedl, <br />marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
