B. Middlebrook and W. B. 'Moorhead, the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will <br />of Emily W. Miller and being by me first duly sworn, depose and say that the said Emily W. Miller <br />the testatrix subscribed the same in their presence and published the said will or instrument of <br />writing,, as her last will; that she, the said testatrix, was at the time of publishing her said <br />will, of sound mind and more than twenty-one years ofaEe, and that they, the said deponents, <br />attested the said will as witnesses thereto, at the request of said testatrix by subscribing <br />their names to the sate, in the presence of the said testatrix and in the presence of each other. <br />R.
