for hearing upon the final report of Sarah J. Ramsthel . Administratrix of the Estate of Ernest
Ramsthel., deceased., and it satisfactorily appearing to me from the proof on file that all per-
sons interested in said estate have been duly notified in the manner provided by law, and no
one appearing to object, and there being no objection or protest on file, and after a full
examination of said account the Court finds that the same is correct in all respects and ought
to be approved and allowed as and for the final account- of said Administratrix.
The Court further finds that the tire allowed creditors for presenting claims against said
estate was six months from the 15th day of August, 1900; that said time has fully expired; that
due and legal notice was given all persons of the time allowed and place appointed for filing
claims and that all claims filed have been paid and satisfied.
came into her handg, has paid all debts cello -,,ed against the estate, as well as the expenses of
the last sickness, the funeral expenses and the costs of administration., and that there remains
no property in her hands for distribution.
D. Ramsthel, Albert L. Ramsthel, Martin S. Ramsthel, Laura E. Ramsthel and Myrtle L. Ramsthel,
his children.
owner of the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of
Nebraska, to-wit: The South-west quarter of Section eight,, township eleven, range ten; the
south half of the south-west quarter of section nine, township eleven, range ten; the south
half of the south-east quarter of section seventeen., township eleven, range ten; and the South-
west quarter of section twenty-five, township twelve, rangeftwelve, all west of the 6th P. M.,
and that all of the above described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said
Ernest Ramsthel to the said Delbert D. Ramsthel, Albert L. Ramsthel, Martin S. Ramsthel, Laura
E. Ramsthel and Myrtle L. Ramsthel, his children, to have and to hold to them and their heirs
and assigns forever, subject to the homestead and dower rights of the widow., Sarah J. Ramsthel
therein.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the report of the administratrix be
approved as her final account and that she be discharged of her trust and her bond cancelled.
It is further considered that said estate is fully settled and that all persons are
forever barred from filing or setting up any claim or claims against the same.
