<br />He my C. Streator,deceased.
<br />Now on this 10 day of Apri1,1906,this cause came on for hearing upon the final account of {

<br />Althea E.Streator,Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Henry C.Streator,cleceased,and it
<br />i
<br />satisfactorily appearing to me,from the proof now on file,that all persons interested in said
<br />estate have been duly notilfied as required by law and the order of this court,and after waiting
<br />one hour and no one appearing to ob4ect to or protest against the allowance of said account j
<br />whereupon after a full examination of said account the Court finds that the same is correct in j
<br />all respects and ought to be approved and allowed as and for her final account.
<br />It is,therefore,Ordered,Adjudged and Decreed that the account of the said Althea E.Streator,be
<br />and the same is hereby allowed and approved and she is dischraged of her trust.
<br />The Court finds that notice was given all persons,in the manner provided by law,of the time
<br />allowed and place appointed for presenting claims against said estate;that the time so allowed
<br />has long since expired;that all claims filed and allowed by the court have been fully paid;

<br />that all legacies have been paid and that the executrix has accounted for all of the estate
<br />which came into her hands and has maid the costs of administration.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Henry C. Streator was at the time of his death the owner
<br />of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,

<br />to - -wit: The 'Vest Half (W 1/2 ) and South Fast Quarter-of the South East quarter ( S.F.1 /4 of
<br />S.F.1 /4 ) of Section Number Fo7trteen (14),Township Eleven (11),Range Twelve (121),less about
<br />seven acres in the South gent corner of said tract.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms and rrovisions of the Last Will and Testament of
<br />the said Henry C. Streator,which instrument was heretofore,on the 28 day of April,1902,duly
<br />admited to probate in this eourt,all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass
<br />i
<br />and descend at his death to his widow,Althea E.-Streator to have and to hold to her and to her
<br />i
<br />i
<br />heirs and assigns forever.
<br />It is therefore Considered and ajudged that the real estate above mentioned and described,
<br />to -wit: The nest Half and the South East 4 of SE.Quarter of Section 14,in Township 11, in
<br />i
<br />Range 12,in Hall County.Nebraska,did pass and descend at the death of Henry C. Streator,under
<br />the provisions of his last Will and Testament,to Althea E.Streator,his widow,and to her heirs
<br />and assigns forever,._n absolute title.
<br />And it is further considered that all claims not filed against said estate within the time
<br />allowed' by former order of this court-are forever barred.
