I Henry Streator of Cameron Township,County of Hall State of Nebraska do make and publish this my last Will and testament as follows: I give to my son Charles H. Streator the watch and watch chain I now own. I give to my daughter Eula M.0wen the oil painting painted by Florence Main being a storm scene. I give to my daughter Clara E. Hughes the enlarged photograph picture of myself the likeness being taken in 1864. 1 give to my daughter Helen D. Kean my copy of (Iree- ley's Great American Conflict. It is my wish and 'Will that out of the rest and residue of the property of which I ,I.ay die seized my wire .Althea E. Streator shall give to each of my other da,ighters,namely Elsie 17.C.rofts.,Annie G.Jerred.Alta P.Conn and Ethel Streator some suitable mememto or keepsake. Lastly I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Althea E.Streator all the rest and residue of my property and estate V�ther real or personal,and wether it be such as now own or hereafter acquire and I appoint her my said wife as my executrix.and will that she be not required to give bond as such.
