<br />dated Cctober, 1894, and known as Riverside Farm Subdivision, said plat being duly recorded in
<br />the office of the County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska, in Book 26, page 136, of Deeds, the

<br />said plat being a part of and located on the SE41 of Section 29, Township 11, Range 9, West of
<br />the 6th P. V1. and that under the laws of the State of Nebraska, all of the right,title and
<br />interest of the said Richard Stolley in and to the above described real estate did pass and
<br />descend at his death to William Stolley, his father, and Wilhelmine F. Stolley, his mother in
<br />equal shares, to have and to hold to then: and theIr-heirs and assigns forever.
<br />It is therefore Adjudged and considered that all of the right,title, and interest of Richard
<br />Stolley in and to all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at
<br />his death, under the law of descent in the State of Nebraska, to William Stolley and Wilhelmine
<br />F. Stolley., in equal shares and in absolute title as tenants in common.

<br />such final report, and it further kppearing that due and legal service as required by law had i
<br />been given to all creditors of said estate, and that all charges of administration, debts and
<br />claims filed against this estate had been fully paid and that the tine for filing claims against�
<br />seine had expired and that said Administrator had fully accounted for all the property, estate anqL
<br />money in his hands and under his control as by the orders of this court,, he was required to dq
<br />and that there still remained in his hands the sum, of 5717.01 for distribution after the pay-,
<br />ment of said debts, exl:)enses and charges, and ,.,,-hich said amount under the law passed in equil I
<br />shares to the follovving named heirs bf said deceased., to-wit: Sarah J. Ramsthel, mother,
