<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Richard Stolley, deceased.
<br />Now on this 27th day of December, 1909, this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the report of William Stolley, Administrator of the estate of Richard Stolley,
<br />deceased, and it appearing to the court, from the proof on file, that all persons interested in
<br />0
<br />said estate have been duly notified of the filing of said report and have entered their volun-
<br />tary appearance herein and waived time and further notice and have consented to the allowance of
<br />said account, and it further appearing to the court, after a full examination of said report
<br />W
<br />that the same is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed, it is, therefore,
<br />CRDERED., ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that the report of William Stolley, administrator of the
<br />estate of Richard Stolley, deceased, be and the, same hereby is approved and allowed as and for
<br />his final acco,,)-nt and lie is discharged of his trust.
<br />The Court finds that creditors of the said Richard Stolley were allowed six months from
<br />the 15th day of February, 1909, in which to present their claims in the office of the County
<br />Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, or be forever barred; that due and legal notice was given all
<br />persons by publication and by posting of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims
<br />against said estate; that the time so allowed has fully expired; that no claims of any nature
<br />were filed, and that all claims and demands outstanding against said estate, if any there be, are
<br />therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is, therefore, Crdered, Adjudged and considered that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Richard Stolley, deceased,
<br />and said estate is fully closed and settled.
<br />The court finds that the said Richard Stolley left no wife and no children 1surviving him
<br />and no child of a deceased child, and that his only heirs at law are William Stolley, his father,
<br />and Wilhelmine F. Stolley, his mother, who survive him.
<br />mhe court finds that the said Richard Stolley was at the time of his death the owner of the
<br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit:
