<br />that the share which would have belonged to him shall not lapse, but be paid to such descendants

<br />I do hereby give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Anna Metta Michelson, Lots one and
<br />two (1 & 2) in Block Sixty-nine (69) in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, during
<br />her life-time and at her death to my beloved daughters, Laura Kilian ( born Michelson) Hary Lambert,
<br />KMichelson), and Lena Hirst (born Michelson) in shares as follows: To Laura Kilian, the east
<br />forty-four feet of said Lot One in Block Sixty-nine; To Mary Lambert, the remaining or West
<br />Twenty-two feet of Lot One, in Block Sixty-nine, and the east Twenty-two feet of, Lot No. Two in
<br />block sixty-nine as aforesaid; and to Lena Hirst, the remaining or West Forty-four feet of Lot
<br />Two in said Block Sixty-nine, and if any one of the said children should die in my life-time
<br />or in the life-time of my wife, leaving issue and descendants, I direct that her share shall not
<br />lapse, but pass to such descendants in equal pro-oortions.
<br />Fourth:
<br />I do hereby give devise and bequeath all the residue of my estate, both real and personal unto
<br />c'?
<br />my beloved wife, Anna Iletta Michelson, the same to be in lieu of her dower, and of my distributive
<br />share in my estate, to which she would otherwise be entitled.
<br />I hereby appoint my beloved wife., Anna Metta Michelson, Executrix of this my Last Will and Test-
<br />ament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In Witness Whereof, .I have hereunto subscribed
<br />my name, this 12th day of September, A.D. 1882.

<br />We whose names are hereto subscribed, do certify, that James Michelson, .the testator, subscribed
<br />his name to this instrument in our presence, and in the presence of each of us, and declared at
<br />the same time in our presence and hearing, that this instrument was his Last Will and Testament
<br />and we, at his request, sign our names hereto., in his presence, as attesting witnesses.

<br />Personal Estate of said deceased, and the same was admitted to probate and duly recorded in this
<br />office. In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and official Seal, the day and year
<br />last above written.
