<br />The Court finds that the said August C. Neissner was at the time of his, death the owner of the
<br />following described real estate situate in the County of 'Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Fractional Lot 7 in Fractional Block 104 Railroad Addition & Fractional Lot 7 in Fractional
<br />Block 104 in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, and that under the terms
<br />and provisions of his last will and testament said real estate did pass and descend at his
<br />death to Anna 1,1eissner, Emma 14eissner and Wilhelm MeissneT, children of the testator , share and
<br />f1f �Ya1(4 11A,0 Y� 0 �fl 1-111,AX,, C 6 91A14 104
<br />share alike. It is therefore cons and' adjudged by the Court thatAFractional Lot' 7, in
<br />Fractional Block 104 in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to Grand Island, did pass and descend at the
<br />death of August C. Meissner, under the provisions of his last will and testament, to Anna
<br />Meissner, Emma Neissner and Wilhelm Ideissner in equal shares to have and to hold to them and
<br />their heirs and assigns forever. The Court finds that the bequest of $10 to Lena Meissner and
<br />the bequest of $500 to Anna 11eissner have been paid.

<br />of the FINAL DECREE entered by said court in the matter of the estate of August C. 11eissner,
<br />deceased, as the same is filed and recorded in my office.

<br />make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say:

<br />I direct that my funeral charges, the expenses of administering my estate and all my debts be
<br />.paid out of my personal property; if that be insufficient, I authorize my executrix hereinafter
<br />named, to sell so much of my Real Estate as may be necessary for that purpose.

<br />I do hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Anna Metta Michelson, Lot No. eight
<br />(8) in block No. Fifty-five (5 5) in the Town of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, together
<br />with all the Tenements) Hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging. Also Lots three and
<br />�four in Block sixty-nine (69) in the Town of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, together with
<br />all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto appertaining or belonging to have
<br />and to hold all of the above described property until her death, and at her death unto my beloved
<br />,sons Anker U. Michelson, and Frederick H. Michelson, share and share alike., as tenants in common,
<br />.and if any one of them should die before her death leaving issue and descendants, I direct
