<br />creditors of the said August C. Meissner were allowed six months from the third day of May,
<br />1909, in which to present their claims, duly authenticated, in the office of the County Judge of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, or be forever barred; that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully
<br />expired; that notice was given all persons, in the manner provided by law, of the time allowed
<br />and place appointed for filing claims; that no claims of any nature were filed against said
<br />estate, and that all claims outstanding against said estate, if any there be, are therefore bar-
<br />red and excluded. It is therefore Ordered and Adjudged that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of August C. Meissner, deceased.
<br />The Court finds that the said August C. 311eissner departed this life on the 25th day of Feb-
<br />ruary, 1909, leaving a last ;gill and testament which was duly admitted to probate in this court
<br />on the 17th day of April, 1909, and which was in words and figures as follows: 1, August C.
<br />Meissner,' of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and pub-
<br />lish this my last will and testament in the manner and form following, That is to say:
<br />First: I direct that all my just debts and the expenses attending my burial be first paid.
<br />Second. I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter, Anna Meissner, who has kept house for me
<br />for many years, the sum of Five Hundred ($500) Dollars., the same to be a charge upon any real
<br />estate owned by me at the time of my death.
<br />Third: I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Lena ;Meissner, the sum of Ten (10) Dollars, and no
<br />more.
<br />Fourth: I give, devise and bequeath unto my children, Anna Meissner, Emma Meissner and Wilhelm
<br />Meissner,, share and share alike, all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, real, personal
<br />and mixed.
<br />Fifth: I hereby nominate and appoint my said daughter Anna Meissner as executrix of this will
<br />without bond, hereby granting unto my said executrix full power and authority to sell and convey
<br />real estate.
<br />Sixth: I hereby revoke any and all former wills made by me. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto
<br />set my hand this 12th day of November, A D. 1908.

<br />Judge. In the matter.o. -LO the estate of August C. Meissner, deceased. I, J. H. Mullin, County
<br />Judge in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 18th day of ;March A.D. 1909, the
<br />instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of August C. Meissner, deceased, was
<br />filed for probate in this Court. That on the 17th day of April, A D. 19092 said instrument
<br />to which this is attached was duly proved, probated, and allowed, as the last will and testament
<br />of the said August C. Meissner, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records
