<br />Now, on this 20th day of November, 1909, this cause came on
<br />for hearing upon the final report of Anna Meissner, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament
<br />of August C. Meissner, deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, from the
<br />remains nothing in her hands for distribution.
<br />The Court finds that by former order of court,
<br />proof now on file, that all persons interested in the
<br />estate of said deceased have been duly
<br />notified by publication of the filing of
