<br />directed that notice should be given by the publication of a copy of said order in the HASTINGS
<br />DAILY REPUBLICAN for four weeks prior to said day of hearing.
<br />10 : That notice was given by the publication of a copy of said order in the HASTINGS DAILY

<br />REPUBLICAN as directed, and that proof of the due publication thereof was filed with this Court
<br />on the 25th day of April A.D. 1906.
<br />11: That the time limited for the filing, examination and adjustment of claims against said
<br />estate has long since expired and all claims filed and allowed have been duly paid and satisfied
<br />including the costs of administration, and there remains in the hands of said administrator the
<br />sum of $239260.
<br />12: That the said Edward Stout died seized of the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br />Lot nineteen (19) and the west fourteen (14) feet and eight (8) inches of Lot twenty (20) in
<br />Block Twenty-two (22) of the Original Town of Hastings, Nebraska; Lots thirteen (13) fourteen
<br />(14) and fifteen (15) in block fifteen (15) Johnson's Addition to Hastings, Nebraska; also the
<br />Northwest quarter of the southwest quarter, and the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter;.
<br />and the east one half of the southwest quarter and the south one half of the northwest quqrter,
<br />and lot one (1) on the Island, and Lot five (5) all in section twenty-one (21) township ten (10)
<br />North, range nine (9) west of the 6th. P. M. in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />13: That the said Edward Stout was married once and only once and that he was married to
<br />Ruby A. Schultz in Hastings, Nebraska., on the 19th day of December A.D. 1877, and that on the
<br />12th day of May A.D. 1903, the said Ruby A. Stout was divorced from said Edward Stout by a
<br />decree of the District Court.
<br />14: That there were born of said marriage four, and only four children as follows, to—viiit:
<br />William H. Stout, born on the first day of September A.D. 1878, and died November 27, A.D. 1898.
<br />Ernest E. Stout, born on the, 25th day of April, 1881, and now residing in Hastings, Adams
<br />County, Nebraska; Joseph P. Stout, born on the 22nd day of December, 1882, and now residing in
<br />Hastings, Nebraska; Roy C. Stout, born on the 15th day of September, A.D. 1897 and now
<br />residing in Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska.
<br />15: That the heirs and only heirs at law, of the said Edward Stout, deceased, together with
<br />their ages and degrees of kindred are as follows: Ernest E. Stout, a son, aged 25 years,
<br />Hastings, Nebraska;
<br />Joseph P. Stout, a son, aged 23 years, Hastings, Nebraska; Roy C. Stout, a son, eight years old,
<br />Hastings., Nebraska.
<br />16: And the said Joseph P. Stout, administrator of the estate of Edward Stout, deceased, sub-
<br />mitting his account and vouchers so as aforesaid filed., and no one appearing to object thereto,
<br />or contest the same, the Court finds that said account is just and true and that the same should
<br />be approved, allowed and confirmed as his final account.
<br />17: That the said Joseph P. Stout has performed all things required of him as such admin-
<br />istrator., by law, or the orders of the Court; has faithfully and impartially administered said
<br />estate and has fully accounted for all moneys and property coming to his knowledge or possession,
<br />t
<br />as such administrator, and that upon his making distribution of the balance remaining in his
<br />hands and filing vouchers therefor, he should be discharged from his said trust.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that the account of the
<br />said Joseph P. Stout, Administrator, as aforesaid, be, and the same is hereby approved, con-
<br />firmed, allowed and ordered recorded as his final account.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that said Joseph P. Stout, make
<br />distribution of the moneys remaining in his hands, to-wit: the sum of $392.60 as follows:
<br />To Roy C. Stout, the sun, of D130 88. To Ernest E. Stout, the sun. of $130 86; To Joseph P. Stout
<br />the sum of 1130 86 and that upon his filing vouchers showing the payment to said distributees ,
