<br />DECREE OF FINAL ACCOUNT
<br />and
<br />DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE.
<br />Now, on this day, this cause comes on to be heard before the Court upon the petition of
<br />Josern P. Stout, Adirinistrator of the Estate of Edward Stout, deceased, praying for the exam-
<br />!nation and allowance of his account and vouchers filed on the 19th day of October, 1906, and for!
<br />his discharge as such administrator, and is submitted to the Court upon consideration whereof the'
<br />Court finds from the records,
<br />1: That on the 19th day of
<br />day of Vl_im11 A.D. I906, at
<br />examination of said account a:
<br />given by the publication of a
<br />weeks prior thereto,
<br />the proofs on file and the evidence:
<br />October, A.D. 1906, the Court made an order fixing Monday the 2� 11,h
<br />the County Court Room, in Hastings, as the time and place for the
<br />ad the hearing on said petition, and directed that notice should be

<br />copy of said order in the HASTINGS DAILY REPUBLICAB for three
<br />2: That notice was given by the publication of a copy of said order in the HASTINGS DAILY
<br />REPUBLICAD, as directed, and that proof of the due publication thereof was filed with this
<br />Court on the 12th day of November, A.D. 1906.
<br />5: That the said Edward Stout departed this life, intestate., at his home in Hastings, Adams
<br />County, Nebraska, on the 2nd day of Marcn, A.D. 1906 being at the time of his death and for a
<br />long time prior- there-to., a resicLent,and inhabitant of said county.
<br />4: That on the 7th day of March A.D.'1906, E -rnest E. Stout, a son of the said Edward Stout.,
<br />deceased, by R. A. Batty, his attorney, filed a petition with this Court praying that letters
<br />testamentary might issue to Joseph P. Stout, upon said estate.
<br />5: That on said day, the Court made an order fixing Friday, the 23rd day of March, A.D. 1906)
<br />at the County Court Hoorn, in Hastings, as the time and place for the hearing upon said petition
<br />and directed that citation should issue and that personal service should be had upon all the
<br />heirs, next of kin, and persons interested in said estate, at least fourteen days prior to said
<br />day of hearing.
<br />6: That on the 10th. day of 1,11arca A.D. 1906, said citation was returned and filed showing per-

<br />sonal service upon the heirs at law and next of kin of the said Eawara stout, deceased.
<br />7: That on the 26 rd. day of march A.D. 1906, hearing was had the evidence taken, and an
<br />order made directing that letters of administration should issue to Joseph T. Stout, upon his
<br />giving bond in the sum of ;2000 00 and taking and filing the oath required by law.
<br />8: That thereupon the said Joseph V. Stout duly qualified by giving bond witn sureties w1iien
<br />were approved by the Court and taking and filing the oath required by law, and thereupon letters
<br />of administration were duly issued to him and he entered upon his duties as such administrator.
<br />9: That on the 24th day of March A.D. 1906, the Court made an order fixing the 24th day of
<br />April A.D. 1906, at the County Court Room, in Hastings, as the time and place for the filing,
<br />examination and adjustment of claims against said estate and directed that all claims not filed
<br />on said day so limited., or within six months thereafter, should be forever barred, and further
