<br />hearing upon the final report of Herman Wiese, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of

<br />Joachim Wiese, deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, from the proof now
<br />on file, that all persons interested in said estate have been duly notified and have entered
<br />i
<br />their voluntary a.pearance herein and waived further notice of the filing of said report and of
<br />i
<br />the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon, and it further appearing to the Court, after a
<br />full examination of said report, that same is correct in all respects and ought to be -d- fProv_ea

<br />and allowed, it is, therefore, I
<br />Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the report of Herman Wiese, Executor of the last will and
<br />testament of Joachim Wiese, deceased, be and the same is hereby approved as and for his final
<br />account. The Court further finds that the said Executor has fully accounted for all of the j
<br />i
<br />estate of said deceased which came into his hands and has paid the costs of administration.

<br />The Court finds that by former order creditors of the said Joachim Wiese were allowed six
<br />i
<br />months from the 29th day of March, 1909, in which to present their claims in the office of the
<br />i
<br />County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, or be forever barred; that the time then allowed has full
<br />expired; that notice was given all persons in the manner provided by law of the time allowed and
<br />place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that no claims of any nature were filed j
<br />against said estate, and that all claims outstanding against said estate, if any there be, are
<br />therefore forever barred and excluded.
