I, sirs Anna Waugh, wife of Robt . Waugh, deceased, of the ton of <br />Hiawatha, in the coimty of Brown and State of Kansas, being of so imd mind, do make this my last <br />will and testament . I give and devise all my estate, real and personal, whereof I may die <br />seized or possessed, to "<iarie C. Detamore, now living in Denver, Colo, and her sister Cla <br />Waugh, now living at Hiawatha, '.ansas. To Have and to hold the same to themselves forever <br />upon the trusts following, namely: In trust, to pay all my debts and funeral expenses; secondly; <br />to use X500 00, five hundred Dollars of my property for the education of Anna ��elen Waugh <br />Hampton, and in case of her death, the sane to be used for the education of her brother, Paul <br />Redmond Hampton, and do also appoint Mamie C. Detamore, administratrix of the same. <br />To give my mothers ��eddin 7 ring worn; by me to my niece, ::ire Nettie Robinson, of Wymore, Nebr. <br />And I hereby nominate and appoint ,'.,iamde C. Detamore and Cla Waugh, administratri.x of this <br />my last will and testament. I do also order that the sum of $10 00, Ten Dollars be given Sadie <br />.11.1ai1 now living in St. Joseph, Mo. Detamore, praying <br />for an order admitting to probate a certain paper purportina to be the Last Will and Testament <br />of the said Anna Waugh, deceased, coming on for hearing and the Court having heard the evidence <br />of S. R. Johnson, .iary L. Johnson and :'ample F. Newlon, the subscribing witnesses to said Last <br />Will and Testament, and raving reduced the same to writing in open Court, as provided by laid, and <br />being fully advised in the premises, loth find that said gaper attached to the petition of said <br />Mamie C. Detamore marked " Exhibit A " ". and purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the <br />said Anna Waugh, deceased, is the Last Will and Testament of the said Anna laugh, deceased, <br />that the same is duly attested <br />and executed in all respects as provided by law; and that the testatrix at the time of the <br />execution of the sane, was of full age and of sound mind and memory and not under any restraint <br />and that said Will ought to be admitted to probate. <br />It is therefore, by the court considered, ordered and adjudged, that said paper attached to <br />the petition of the said';iamie C. Detamore and marked "Exhibit A ".is the Last mill and Testament <br />of the said Anna Waugh, deceased, that the same was executed in all respects as provided by law, <br />and that the same be, and it is hereby adro-rttedl to probate and ordered to be filed in said <br />Probate Court and recorded, together with the testimony in relation thereto. <br />And it is further considered, ordered and adjudged that the said Cla Waugh, ( 14amie C. <br />Detamore, bein, at the tire of probate of will a non - resident of the State of Kansas) named in <br />said will as admiinietratrix thereof, to be appointed by said Probate Court, be and she is hereby <br />authorized to act as Executrix, of said Last Will and Testament upon filing a bond, with <br />sureties to be approved by-the Court, in the sure of Thirteen Hundred Dollars, and upon taking <br />the oath of office, as required by law.
